1. Had a great reunion with these old friends! They were so sweet to come visit me. We ate and talked for almost 6 hours! (This pic is from our last reunion, we didn't take one this time) Thanks girls. You are the best!
2. Also got a sweet visit from Jenn, my oldest friend! She came and we hung out and she brought me and the baby fabulous gifts and cookies. She is the sweetest.
3. I finally finished this project. Re arranged the furniture, refinished the top of the ugly table, and made a collage of photos. All with Johns help of course.
4. Get to hang out with my husband every night when he gets home and do this... He makes me dinner, and then I let him watch all the sports he wants while he gives me a foot rub. This is the life.UPDATE:
I'm now almost 34 weeks pregnant. I can't imagine being pregnant for 5 more weeks! After contracting, when he moves it can be pretty painful. He was really hurting me the other night and I put Johns hand on my belly to feel the torture this child can put me through. Johns eyes almost popped out of his head and he said "Oh my gosh, he is trying to break out!!" That is often how it feels... like he just wants out. Hopefully he stays in, but wow, I can't wait for him to get here now, for more reason that one!
A good friend of mine just had a baby girl, Lia. I held her the other day and it was surreal. Holding a newborn when you are pregnant is like an out of body experience! I was just staring at her trying to fathom how it will feel when it is mine. She seemed so tiny and then suddenly enormous when I thought of actually having a baby that size.
If pregnancy changes how you see the world, I can't imagine how having a baby changes how you see the world. What a miracle life is... that we can create children and then have the responsibility to raise them! It's very exciting and scary at the same time.
Best case scenario... we won't have news for at least 3 more weeks.
Weird... I could be a mom in 3 weeks....

You're lucky to have such good friends. I really expected the bed rest to be torturous for you. I'm glad it's passing by without too much distress. Keep up the good work of keeping that baby growing!
Here is the scoop with my niece..she was born right at 35 weeks and weighed 4.7. her mom is itty bitty(like you). She was in the NICU for a week. Annie now weighs right at 4 pounds and is the size of a baby kitten or beany baby, the pictures don't do her justice. But she is healthy and breathed on her own from the start. My nephew(Max) was born at 27 weeks and afer 3 months in the NICU he is just fine too. Having a baby in the NICU would be so hard, but your far enough that baby boy should be just perfect, even if he has to be in the NICU for a bit. Hopefully you can make it a little longer though :) The My friend had her twins at 36 weeks and they never had to be in the NICU. My doctor made it sound like 36 is the magic number, so we will cross our fingers for you. Carlee was 5.7 when she was born (at 39 weeks, a miracle!) and that felt so small. So eat lots of donuts and fatten that boy up. Good Luck!
P.S. Sorry that was SO long! Oh and what are you going to name that sweet boy?
Michele. . . I just loved our reunion and CAN'T WAIT to see your cute little boy! Thanks for all the advice and knowledge, you're the best!! Love ya girl!
I cant wait, sister! I am so excited to have another nephew! : ) Oh yeah, and I just thought I would mention that my husband is better than yours because he gives me a foot AND leg massage almost every night when we sit and watch TV and I'm not even pregnant and on bed rest! Imagine what he's going to do for me when I AM pregnant...take THAT John!
i am trying to get a hold of you. do you ever call back?
That was for sure my favorite part about being pregnant Phil gave me a foot rub every night too! And Tiff just so you know it will wear off... so enjoy it while it last or just let him know if he stops you will just get pregnant so he wont have a choice that will keep him doing it for sure!
I can't believe he'll be here in less than 3 weeks! I can't wait to see him. Sorry I haven't been up to see you...things have been a little crazy down here! Hope you guys have a great Christmas. Can't wait to hear the news that he's HERE!!!
