Elder Hunt

On Monday night, Tanner was set apart as a missionary in our home. We had the unique experience of having my dad able to perform the ordinance as his father and stake president. It was a very special occasion and I was so glad my whole immediate family was able to be there.
All the Hunt kids with our first missionary brother!
Tanner was beaming... Boston was fussing.
Then, on Wednesday we took Tanner to the MTC. This was heart wrenching. It was hard to be sad when Tanner was nothing but excited, but it was really difficult for me to say goodbye to him for 2 years. I have no doubt that we are missing him way more than he is missing us. He is going to be the best missionary. I'm so proud of my little brother.

That is so great that you all got to be together for the blessing and for Tanner, that is very cool! Its so nice to have family around when you experience those big events in your life.
