Wednesday we went to Universal Studios. I haven't been there since I was a little girl. This was a fun day and ended well, with a funnel cake. Mmmm.
Thursday we went to Sea World. This was a long drive from our condo in Newport Beach down to San Diego. I won't go into detail but this car ride included a pee fiasco involving one of the Bitton kids and my hair. Like I said... it was a long drive.
After a few hours at Sea World, one broken stroller later... a change of clothes for me... and a diaper blowout for Boston, we went to Mission Beach. This was nearing the end of a very long day and exhausting trip. John bodysurfed while I tried to cover the baby from the wind and sand. I was sunburnt and ready to go home. Vacations are entirely different when you have a kid. I did get In N Out for dinner and that more than cheered me up. Who cares about being covered in urine, spit up, and poop when you get a #3 with a large Diet Coke from In N Out?

After you ate the funnel cake, did you crawl back into bed with powdered sugar all over your face and go back to sleep? Ya, I thought so...I can see it right now...
Oh yeah, and I LOVE that second picture of Boston in that cute little outfit and hat! It is hilarious! He looks so round and stocky! I think he looks like you in that pic...not that you are round and stocky, I just mean his face looks like you in your baby pictures :)
