Our friend Drew got married in the Mesa Temple, and we made the trip to be there for him. It was so much fun. Boston is such a good boy and so easy to travel with. Even when our flight left Salt Lake at 5:50AM.

While we attended the sealing, which was incredible by the way, Tiffany watched Boston out on the temple grounds. It's so nice to travel to where you have family. Thanks Tiff, though I don't think she minded snuggling him all to herself for an hour.

The next night we attended their reception. It was so beautiful, and Drew's wife had good taste! I loved all her ideas and decorations. I thought the cake was so fun. It was in a gorgeous backyard, had yummy treats and a candy table, and a polaroid station where you took your photo instead of signing a guest book. So cute. They even did a music video, of the Taylor Swift song "Teardrops on My Guitar" since the song is about Drew. : ) I have never laughed so hard. They are the cutest couple and you can tell they have so much fun together.

We grabbed this photo with the bride and groom before we left the reception, it was way past Boston's bedtime and he didn't want his photo taken. Congratulations you guys! We are so happy for you!

The rest of our trip we spent time hanging out with Tiff and Randy. We went to eat at yummy places, killed time at the driving range, watched funny movies, and tried to convince Randy that babies
are actually fun. We think Boston won him over.

John and Randy had a good time all weekend pointing out all the ways me and Tiffany are the same. We think they are crazy. One thing they are right about however, is our
love for all things delicious. Everywhere we went revolved around where we were eating. We Hunts love us some good food. We told them they should be grateful they didn't marry one of those lame girls who sips some water and says she is full. We can eat, and we think it is really fun.

Of course Boston was the main attraction on this trip. I hoped to make Tiff a little baby hungry and I think we succeeded. How could you not just want to squish him and kiss him and love him?

Speaking of food... we made a special trip to Scottsdale for the day so we could eat at this awesome restaurant Olive and Ivy, and then get dessert at Sprinkles Cupcakes. Ok, these are better than Magnolias in NYC in my opinion. I love cupcakes. Red Velvet was my favorite. Coconut and Strawberry are a close second. Delish. We paid a pretty penny to buy a dozen and share them. Me and Tiff had 8 and the boys had 4. I told you we could eat.

Our trip was so much fun. I always love taking little vacations when John can be with me and Boston so much more than he is at home. Thanks Tiff and Randy for letting us crash at your place and for being such good hosts. I couldn't have asked for a better weekend. See you in August. We are looking forward to seeing Tiff show off her talents.

That eating thing definitely runs in the family - all our trips revolve around food - at least for me. Paul teases me about it. Looks like fun, now everyone come to MN : )
