Lately

Thanks to craigslist, I found a cute walker (for super cheap and brand new condition) for Boston. I have been wanting one for him, and apparently they hardly make them anymore. ?? He loves the lights and noises this one makes, and he is just figuring out he can move in it. It is really cute and he gets really excited in it.
We just recently started baby foods and rice cereal. The look on his face in this picture is perfect. "I'm so full, mom." Today when he ate his carrots it was the first time he opened his mouth for a bite instead of me shoving it in between closed lips. So cute, and so grown up! He also has decided that he WILL NOT take a bottle. Mom is all he wants. Every 3 hours. I have talked to lots of other moms about this high maintenance habit, and so far none of their tricks have worked. So, on to the sippy cup it is. All he will take out of it is water, but it will do if it means I can hold him off such frequent nursing sessions.

I can't believe how time is flying by. We love our little boy.

It did take a long time get pictures up of the twins. Jacquie was being very particular of what ones were okay. Plus, they she was really busy bringing them back and forth from the hospital.
Why do you want to wing Boston already?

He looks like he's drunk on baby food....I love his little beer gut.

Hilarious - he looks like a gangsta in the last picture : ) Sorry the bottle thing isn't working, that's rough. At least he'll do a sippy cup (sort of).

I agree with Dad, he does look drunk in that last picture...are you sure you are just putting water in that sippy cup?! :)

When pregnant with identitical its higher risk because a reaction called Twin Transfusion can occur. Its when one twin(donor) gives blood to the other twin(receipent). This is bad because one baby has alot of blood which is hard for them and causes them to have severe jaundice and the donor usually is a nemic because it doesn't have enough blood. Its really scary. Jacquie went into pre term labor at 31 weeks at that time there was a 60 to 100% chance them not surviving because of the transfusion. Thankfully, they are both doing really good now. Joshua is a little pinker because he has more blood then his brother.
She isn't breastfeeding them.. The doctor said to pump but because of all the issues its too much work for their bodies. So they bottle feed her milk. She wants to keep on it for at least a year also.
Geez, I wrote you a novel.. Sorry :)

Yes it is the Rebel XTI. I haven't taken out of the box yet but I am so excited to play around with it. I am finally in town this week and would love to get together. If you can't this week I will be out of town next week for the 4th but should be back the next week. I want to see you and meet your little Boston!

I know, I know. We need to get on the ball and have a baby. We will probably start trying this summer sometime. Although, my 4 year old nephew thinks I'm pregnant for some reason. (I think it's probably because all the oversized shirts I wear.) Anyway, he's asked me numerous times, when I am going to have my baby. And the other day, I was lifting my neice, and he said, "Wait, isn't that going to hurt your baby?" Pretty funny! Oh, and I think that picture of Boston, after eating, is so cute! He looks like he is totally satisfied with his meal!
