I have not had much to say lately, for several reasons...
One being that, my last post was election day, and things didn't turn out how I had hoped. However, Prop 8 passed, which was good news. Except it was really only the beginning of the battle. I have decided that watching the news post election, is too frustrating for me.
The other reason would be that we have been sick. Sick sick sick. I got a stomach flu for 2 days, John got a head cold, Boston got a top tooth. These things meant fevers and runny noses galore. After my stomach flu, I got Johns head cold, and I'm finally feeling the tail end of it. Finally.
We are days (cross your fingers) from being approved with our adoption agency. This has taken WAY longer than I anticipated. Finally, hopefully, we are reaching the end of this phase, and entering the next... which is the waiting phase. And who do I think I'm kidding - this might be the hardest part!
Lastly, Grandpa Hunt is on Hospice and Boston and I have been trying to spend some time there to be near him while he prepares to leave us.
All these things don't leave me with much time, desire, or topics to blog about. I haven't even taken a picture in weeks. Hopefully we will have something more exciting/uplifting to share soon.
I added this video so this post wasn't so boring. This is one of Bostons favorite things to do. Run from daddy in his walker.

I can't get enough of him. He is so dang cute. I'm so happy you guys are getting closer with the adoption process. What a pain that can be, but I'm praying you are blessed with such a beautiful spirit to love on! How all is well.
That video is too cute! I love that John says "that's enough" at the end, like he's worn out or something. Classic!
His little legs are cruising!!! That is sooo funny! I agree about the news... I can barely stand to watch it! Good luck with everything. I can tell you guys are awesome parents!
Too cute! Do you do this to wear John out, or Boston?
I'm sorry to hear that you've been so sick, and I'm sorry to hear about your Grandpa. I hope that all goes well with him. It's so nice to have the comfort of the gospel at times like this.
Hey! I just wanted to say thanks for staying with grandpa so much. It means a lot to us all, and especially my mom. Its hard being away from them so much while all this is going on but knowing that she gets a break once in awhile really helps! Thanks!
Cute Cute! I totally agree with you with the whole election thing! I'm sorry to hear about your grandpa...let us know if you need anything!!
Yes, sister, the news is quite depressing these days...makes me especially thankful for the gospel.
Sorry you have been sick :( I think everyone is! I am home from work right now sick.
I'm glad you have been able to go and spend time with Grandpa. I keep telling Randy that I wish so bad that we were closer so we could come be with him at this time too. Give him our love. XOXO
