I never thought I'd see the day

The day I made my blog private.  But it's here.  I am.  I have always hated private blogs.  I haven't ever been freaked out by weirdness on the internet, but that isn't why I'm making my blog private.  I have (obviously) fallen out of the habit of blogging... and I'm sad about that.  Despite my attempts to revive it, I just can't.  I want to keep this record for my family, for myself, for some books, so I plan to resume posting regularly, but more journalistically.  Is that a word?  It's not going to be clever, or cute, or anything fancy.  I'm not going to write or post about things readers might want to know or hear about...
