Four WHOLE Months!

Boston has made the transition to his crib. I thought we might have an adjustment phase, but no, he did just fine. I think it was harder for me than for him. This is always how he sleeps... stretched out with his arms above his head. So cute.

His favorite time of day is still bath time. We treat our bedtime routine like a religion and this comes first. He loves it and I love that he loves it. He is all smiles in the tub.

This is his favorite blankie and the toys I entertain him with all day. He likes rattles and his book of Colors. I feel like he is such a big boy that he has toys!

Just had to throw this in to show off those thighs. This kid is in the 97th percentile for weight and height. John thinks he needs to go on a diet, and I secretly pat myself on the back for feeding him so well.

Other fun things about Boston at this age:
ticklish everywhere - I find a new spot everyday. smiles at anyone who smiles at him. loves little kids. facinated by the dog Kali. sits in his high chair in the kitchen like a big boy while I cook and clean. totally uninterested in rolling over. concentrates really hard to get things in his hands into his mouth. falls asleep to his Primary Lullabys CD. talks more and more everyday. was so tough for his 4 month shots. has a fake grunt cry when he just wants attention. likes to watch sports on tv... this is no joke and I'm in big trouble. tries to copy us blowing rasberries or sticking our tongue out. does crunches if you lay him on his back - he really wants to be able to sit up. likes to be sung to. so happy and smiley when he wakes up. takes 3 good naps a day. doesn't usually want a binky anymore. likes to be outside and sit in his stroller like a big boy. almost outgrown his infant car seat (WHAT??) rubs his eyes when he is tired. sucks on his fists or your shoulder or anything he can find when he is hungry. wearing 3-6 month and some 6-9 month clothes. makes his mom and dad so proud!
