At 11 months old, Boss got a whole new ATTITUDE. He has mastered crawling, and he is FAST. It seems this is just what he needed to convince him to have newfound independence and confidence. This has manifested itself through TANTRUMS - like back arching, head thrashing, slapping your face tantrums. It's pretty entertaining, unless you are trying to change his diaper or dress him... then it's anything but funny.
11 months has also brought about some positive changes.. like walking along furniture, and taking his first steps.
He has also gotten really good at climbing the stairs and being NAUGHTY. He can't be alone for 2 seconds without playing in the toilet, unraveling all the toilet paper, or finding small suspicious things to put in his mouth.
We love him, I miss the newborn stage, and it's making me so baby hungry, but Boston at 11 months is so entertaining! He makes me laugh all day long, even if I'm only laughing to keep from going crazy. I can't believe my baby is almost one!

I love these posts so keep it going! The top picture cracks me up plus the picture of him sticking his tongue out and right out of the bath on Tiff's page. I can't get over how quickly he grew and that he will be walking soon. Well, good luck and keep patient.
Love it Shel - although I'm still having a hard time imagining this attitude. And tantrums too? What did I tell ya? Can't wait to see it for myself : )
That is so exciting! He is just a doll. I can see what you mean though, I'd miss the infant stage myself. That's my favorite!

Oh my gosh! I love that top picture of Boston!! It is hilarious!! He's too cute! Hopefully his tantrum phase, will fade out quickly for ya!
Boston is so cute!! I think tantrums are the funniest thing and I have a hard time not laughing at Cohen when he is throwing one.
I'm glad my child is not the only trouble maker! The garbage is his favorite thing. At least we know when he is hungry!
I love the face-slapping...it is hilarious to watch...not when he is slapping me though, just when he is slapping you ;)
jk love you sister
Hey Michele I don't know if you know who I am but I am really good friends with Amy Vonk and was friends with John a long time ago. I must admit I have peeked at your blog a few times and you guys have a beautiful family. Anyway my good friend Stacy and her husband adopted a little girl earlier this year and the agency she used is looking for families for babies needing homes in the next few months. I thought of you guys, so if you want to call me or email me I would love to connect you with Stacy to get the info. SOrry to put this all on your blog, but it was the easiest way to get in touch with you. 208-949-0614 sari.klotthor@gmail.com
