... frustrated that my babies are sick, again

... more likely to blog about stupid things like this than the fact that Boston just had his 2nd birthday (it's coming eventually)
... thinking that I'm crazy and possibly making insane decisions lately
... still counting down the days until Tanner gets home - 22
... wishing the news still considered the situation in Haiti the top story
... annoyed that the news can't get their facts straight and have to spin every story negatively
... disappointed in the State of the Union
... sick of hearing about Ben freakin Bernanke
... wishing I could blink and the basement could be finished
... hating people who like to make things harder than they should be
... feeling like a date night is just what I need
... looking forward to hearing Elder Nelson speak to our Stake on Sunday
... even more excited perhaps that we got a sitter : )
... wondering if what I have been planning for our life is really what is what is supposed to be
... pretty sure it's not
... thinking some of you reading this might think I am being a little cryptic, and maybe you are right
... going to watch the news and probably get more annoyed

I say focus on that Tanner countdown - and our family reunion. That's the most up beat thing coming down the pike it seems. I'm excited!
We too are finishing our basement and I can't wait for it to be DONE! Should be by monday! Yeah!

You were definitely the Michele I was talking about. So sad we'll miss you, but so excited for you that your brother is coming home and you get to have family time. Let's do it for sure next time.

dad, there is no sat night meeting because it's not our regular stake conference. they are calling it a "special meeting with elder nelson" whatever that means. he is just coming to speak to our stake, but it's not like a normal stake conference i guess. it should be really neat. the stake fasted at the beginning of january for an apostolic blessing. ill let you know how the meeting goes sunday afternoon!
Michele- my sister Juliann told me about your blog (most specifically about your blog on learning to do Naomi's hair). I love how you write and the details you include. Hope you get your much needed break soon!
So what was it like?
Sometimes I wish my stake was closer to headquarters so we could have Apostles drop in on us like that. I love Elder Nelson.
