Seriously, what was I thinking? Who wants to see that?
Here is something a little better... Liberty Park last week.

Here is some stuff, since I don't have a lot of recent pictures...
WTF is wrong with Washington and our elected leaders? Honestly, Nancy Pelosi makes my skin crawl.
What is with the 62 degree day we have and then snow the next? Beat it, winter!
Why can't my kids get on the same sleeping schedule? One sleeps well and the other crappy, next day vice versa. It's ridiculous.
I want to make my own laundry detergent - have you tried it? Have a good recipe?
Speaking of laundry, my dream house (that I have been thinking about non-stop lately) has an awesome laundry room and an even more awesome mud room. John thinks it's so weird that these 2 things are so high on my priority list. Must be a mom thing.

I'm obsessed with moving to Daybreak in South Jordan. I'm on their website a few times a day. I have looked at almost every floorplan.

I want to build a Rainey home down there, a tiny one, and save money to build our dream home in 5 years. Wouldn't that be awesome?! Trust me, it would be. I can just see it...
The basement is inching along, I'm hoping it is done by summer time when my sister comes to visit, and probably my mom.
I'm so sad for Sandra Bullock. Though I guess I'm never surprised by this crap anymore. And Tiger Woods returns to golf... sick. I never want to see him on television again.
John and I are going to run a half marathon this fall. There, I said it. Now I can't back down.
These next 6 or so months seem way busier than usual. Something big is on the calendar every month.
I turn 25 in May, on Mother's Day actually. I'm expecting something awesome : )
June will be a particularly awesome month. John and I will celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and we are going to U2! Jealous? Bono is my idol.
In July, I just might be fulfilling a lifelong dream. Not telling you about it yet, but I'm just sayin', it could be a big month for me...
I'm seriously considering buzzing Boston's head for the summer. He must be so hot under there. But his hair is his trademark... what should I do?
We just watched New Moon. I love it, but it makes me so mad. The movie makes me root for Jacob, but in the book I'm a die hard Edward fan. I don't like these mixed emotions...
I am a pretty good speller, but I don't know how to properly use parentheses and I totally overuse the dot dot dot. (who cares...)
Are you bored yet? Me too. I should be napping.
Happy Monday.

Love this post, I totally agree with the whole NEW MOON thought. I have the same problem...cause I am a HUG Edward fan!!!
And, I can't believe you are not even 25!! Holy cow...you are so YOUNG!!
And.....I don't want to even hear about you wanting to move to West Jordan....you aren't allowed to move!!
And...I also use dot dot dot too much....and I CAN'T Spell...I wish Facebook had spellcheck. And, I think it could be fun to buzz Bostons' head, but he has great hair, and I am sure it would grow back fast if you decided you didn't like it!
And....I really wished you would have ran the half with me in April...I am happy to hear you are going to do one this fall!! :)
And...I am done.
I can't tell you how much I agree with your comment about Washington. I've had it with the Socialist creeps. It's ridiculous!
This stuff with Sandra Bullock makes me sick. I too feel SO bad for her. What a creep! You can't help but wonder what the heck is wrong with some men.
We looked at Daybreak before we moved here. It is a cute area, and they have such better parks then the crap one at the end of our street!
Hey Michele, my friend Dani made laundry detergent and she loves it. Here is her recipe and review on it from her blog:

I love the laundry room.
I can't imagine Boston without his trademark hair. What are you going to do about that? I LOVE your dream house laundry room - the colors, the layout, everything. It's nice to dream.
Do they still have the little model house village at Daybreak? Seriously, if you ever want to just wander through it one day (um meaning a Saturday), call me and I'll meet you up there!
Shel-
You must be having some kind of pre-mid-life-crisis. Cut Bostons hair?? What, are you nuts?
Yeah, don't get me started on the idiots in Washington! They interrupted my "Price is Right" this morning, to sign the health care bill, and that was enough to ruin my whole day!
I would love to have a cute laundry room like that picture! (Since it seems like I spend more time in the laundry room than any other room in the house.) But after we built our house, I was too exhausted to decorate it.....it will still probably be bare for the next 5 years.
And I totally hear ya about Jacob in the movie. I loathed him in the book, but I kind of liked him in the movie. Don't know how I feel about that.
i love these posts that you do ... probley because the whole time i read... i picture your face and imagine your sarcastic voice and it really makes me laugh. ha ha - see?
anyways - so your busy... who cares. lets add another thing to your list. lunch? this week. thurs or fri? you pick. is it good weather? maybe we could go to a park?
My sister makes her own laundry soap and dishwasher soap. She loves it. I'll get you the recipes.
Love that picture of you and the kids! You look gorgeous!
I too hate New Moon for making me like Jacob!
Poor little Boston...I feel so bad for him, I'm glad that he doesn't have to be in a cast again.
So fun that Landon is home! I bet it was so nice to be able to spend so much time at home with him and your family. That 2 years seemed to fly by!
I want to help with the fundraiser you are doing. I am not crafty and can't donate any services but please let me know what you still need and I would love to help!
This post was brilliant-- love the snarky comments especially!
